2018 has been way more laid back than 2017 regarding kilometers and travels but I hasn’t been quiet at all.
I changed my country and my life again. I accomplished what I really wanted since a few years: I came back to work in Montréal, Canada. And just for that I am very thankful. I met lots of new people that are my Canadian family now. I discovered a new passion for foosball. I bought a Jeep.
I have been less present here on the blog or on social media though because I has been a crazy year where I didn’t had much time for Internet interactions at all. I wanted to live it all and enjoy every single moments I had in Montréal and around. There was almost no nights where I was home doing nothing or watching a movie or a TV show. I was either training for foosball, in a concert, at a restaurant or somewhere else. The few off going out days, I spent them with my roommates mostly or sick in bed and when you have that day off, you don’t really want to spend it behind the screen again. Maybe some will say that I was going out too much but maybe that is what I needed this year. I needed to get out of my confort zone; and be behind my screens is clearly my confort zone, plus I work behind a screen all day so when you get home, you don’t want that anymore.
I still did a lot of photography, and a lot of portraits actually; as all of my roommates and friends wanted me to take pictures of them aahah; but I procrastinated – or not, I really was busy – and I didn’t sort them all. You will see them though, soon-ish. One of my resolution this year will be to take more time for the blog. I failed in doing that in September (that was a September resolution) but I am getting back to it, I promise!
